Owner, Zach Hiner and his wife, Gina along with their four children reside on their family farm in Urbana, IN. Rooted in agriculture, Zach is still actively involved in row-crop farming and enjoys managing a small cow-calf operation at home.
Zach brings over 20 years of experience in the auction and real estate industry, with a specialized focus on agricultural assets. Early in his career, he played a key role in some of the largest real estate auctions in the country. In 2014, Zach expanded his expertise to managing large-scale equipment dealer auctions, building relationships that continue to thrive today. He has since overseen some of the nation's largest farm equipment auctions, along with hundreds of farm retirement sales. A cornerstone of Zach's success is the long-term relationships he builds with sellers—many of which extend well beyond the conclusion of each auction.
As Zach's real estate and auction career continued to grow, so did the Hiner family. In 2015, Gina made the decision to step away from her full-time job to stay home with their children and support Zach behind the scenes. That choice proved to be a pivotal moment, playing a major role in the continued growth of Zach's business. With Gina in the office and Zach working directly with clients, the partnership became a winning combination.
As life naturally evolves, so do businesses. In 2025, Zach and Gina took the next step and officially formed Hiner Real Estate & Auction. The company's foundation will always be honesty, hard work and long, lasting relationships.
Zach brings nearly two decades of experience in the auction and real estate industry, having managed major land, equipment, and farm retirement auctions across the country. Raised on a row-crop farm in Northeast Indiana, he maintains deep agricultural roots and a strong commitment to honest, dependable service. Today, he leads the company with a focus on integrity, relationships, and delivering trusted results for farmers and landowners.
Growing up in Eastern Ohio, Jarron developed a passion for auctioneering at a young age. He graduated from Reppert's Auction School in 2009 and went on to earn the title of Indiana State Champion Auctioneer. Jarron has sold across the country for both the automobile and livestock industries. Jarron has chanted multimillion-dollar farm machinery auctions with proven success.

Kimberly has 15 years experience in the crop insurance industry as an agent and claims adjuster. In 2019, Kimberly was recognized as a top performing sales leader. Her people-centered approach and commitment to building new relationships goes hand in hand with the business model at Hiner Real Estate & Auction. With Kimberly's hands-on field experience and knowledge of soils and mapping programs, she makes a great addition to the team.
