I really appreciated how you were directly involved in getting the marketing materials printed and distributed not only through the mail but on social media. The recommendations you gave me on how the land could be split in separate parcels for maximum value was invaluable.
I had never been to an auction where the "High Bidders Choice" process had been used. I was blown away by the efficiency of this process. Even with multiple pieces of ground spread across two counties, the auction only took 45 minutes. I told you that I have had many people compliment you on the auction and the High Bidders Choice process. I have no idea why you would not use that for every auction going forward.
The equipment auction you had for K&B was great. You personally saw to it that each piece of equipment was cleaned up, started and operated to the best of the equipment's ability. You were present at each open house and even showed equipment by special request outside of the open house dates. The combined online and in person auction went so smoothly. So glad we had both options.
All in all, you did a great job for K&B and would recommend you 100% to anyone thinking about having a land or equipment auction.

After watching my neighbor's multi-million dollar farm sale start to finish, Zach, and the way that auction was handled, had my attention. I was familiar with Zach from watching other farm equipment sales throughout the country. From advertising to sale day and load out, I was impressed. Waymire Farms consisted of a diverse lineup of multiple combines, trucks, trailers and other equipment. As with everything else, there may have been cheaper options, but the hands on service from start to finish was beyond expected.
